  • All of the other fingers should be straight, and you have to sit in this position for at least 15 minutes.

For better results, it is recommended to do this Mudra at least three times a day.

    Prithvi Mudra Practice Time and Precautions

    If you are a beginner, then it will take you some time to do Prithvi Mudra for a long time. The ideal timing for Prithvi Mudra is up to 30 to 45 minutes in a single sitting. But if you are a beginner, you should do it for 15 minutes three times a day. When you get habitual to it, you can increase your timing as per your convenience.

    Before moving further, users need to make sure that they are not stretching the other fingers too much or will be tired very soon. Try to pull them gently and not put any pressure on them.
